Found In Pockets...

It's been AGES since we've discussed our pockets! We've been to London this week, so my laundry has been interesting, full of memories and profit:

  • Tickets and maps from the Tate Gallery, the British Museum and the National Gallery
  • Snack wrappers
  • A sandwich crust (bleh)
  • Some loose change
  • A £5 note (mwahahahaaaa!)
  • Pistachio shells
  • Bus and train tickets
  • Plenty of sand (as usual)
  • Only one rock this week
  • A squashed ice-cream cup
  • A crayon
  • Assorted stinky napkins
  • A bead
Any profit in your pockets this week, dear readers?

Any money found lying around or left in pockets is legally mine!
I put on a sweatshirt jacket that's been in storage in Maine for 3 1/2 years and found beach glass in the pockets. Love thinking about which beach it might have come from.

If she profits any from the weekly laundry, she never tells ME about it.

I warn everyone in my family that any money left in their pockets when I do laundry will be considered a tip and will not be returned. Therefore, I never have any profit when emptying pockets. Usually it's just disgusting crumbs and wrappers. Once there was a spider. Yuck!

The cash ALMOST makes up for the furry food findings, doesn't it?

Yesterday, I found a hotel id from a place we went almost 15 years ago. I think I need to clean more.

I found my car keys in them. I had no idea where I left them.
