a woman came by my school this week to talk with my students about the sea turtles. she brought photos from Trini! she talked about their plight, and put it all in a way that 1st and 2nd graders could understand and take in. thank you for getting the word out, Nan.
I find this so unnerving, discouraging and disgusting! Having these sacred totems slaughtered makes me despair for our species. I signed.

You definitely get my signature! I have come across leatherback carcasses where just one or two fins have been taken. A bloody disgusting waste! Shame on you Trinidad! Vicki
